This platform is part of the Erasmus+ Digital Restoration Lab project. Before using the web platform (web pages), please read the information bellow:

The author/project partners take no responsibility for the timeliness, accuracy or completeness of the information provided. The author is in no event liable for damages of any kind incurred or suffered as a result of the use or non-use of the information presented on this website or the use of defective or incomplete information.

Internet (hyperlinks) the author/project partners are not responsible for the use of the content and any Consequences arising from its usage. For links leading to other web sites, users are advised to read the Privacy Policies of each website they visit. 

3.  Data protection and privacy 

On some pages (Training modules) you need to enter your personal data in order to use all the functionalities of the web platform.

3.2. We will process the data confidentially and will only use them for the purpose for which they were requested – in order to administer and maintain the usage of training modules provided on the web platform. 

3.3. We may disclose the data to official authorities, European Commission, its agents and/or subcontractors, Digital Restoration Lab project partners. 

3.4. We will store the data for 5 years after active use. 

3.5. You have the right to request the administrator to access, correct or delete personal data or restrict the processing of personal data relating to you, or the right to object to the processing, request the transferability of your data, and withdraw your consent, in the cases and under the conditions provided for in Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the European Council.

3.6. You have the right to file a complaint to the relevant supervisory body – the Commission for Personal Protection Data (Bulgaria) if you believe that your data has been misused.

3.7. The disclosure of your data to us is voluntary. You can use the web platform providing anonymised data or using aliases. Users should be aware that security gaps can occur in communications (including e-mail communication), if the connection is not encrypted. E-mail sent to a recipient can be intercepted and read by experienced internet users. In case of problems or questions you can contact us via the contacts mentioned above.
